Shipping and Handling                   

All orders are shipped from Connecticut  via USPS First Class Mail.  Please send  an e-mail  to:   for any special requests.  Orders typically ship within one business day,
unless, personalized order or otherwise specified.  The weight and destination determine time of
delivery. We only ship to the  United States and its territories and we cannot ship to P.O. Box

All orders are delivered at  the door of  the address provided to us without  the need of  your signature
confirming delivery.  EzE Greetings, LLC is not responsible for missing or stolen packages.

At this time we do not take international orders. Orders are limited to the United States and its territories.

Ordering Option

EzE  offers two order options – Online or Mail:

Online: Simply click the "BUY NOW" button at the desired item, and follow the instructions.  American
Express, Discover, Master Card and Visa are accepted online via our secure server.

Mail: Fill out & mail order form. Personal check and/or  Money Order should be  made out to
EzE Greetings, LLC. Please Include your e-mail address and we'll send you an order confirmation
and shipment confirmation. Your order is shipped after your check clears.

Return policy

We hope that  you are happy with your  purchase. Our products are carefully inspected before they are
shipped, but if for some reason you received your order damaged, we will gladly
replace it.  We need
to first receive notice from you via e-mail with detailed description of the damage. After we review your
e-mail and provide you a return tag number,  please return your product  accompanied with invoice
and mail it to the address referred below.  EzE Greetings, LLC  must receive your returned product
and invoice  within 21 days  from your online order date in order to honor replacement of product.

Refund for product is not offered at this time.  Shipping costs are not refundable at any time with the
exception that we  will pay the return shipping cost  if  the return is a result of our error. If you have any
